The data plan is valid only within Thailand and is subject to the specified validity period and data limits. The Service does not include voice calls or SMS unless explicitly stated. Data speeds may be subject to network congestion, carrier restrictions, or fair usage policies. 4. Fair Usage Policy The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Excessive or abusive usage that negatively impacts network performance may result in data throttling or suspension of service. 5.
